Keen to ensure the community project stays true to its environmental roots, whilst offering every student in Bath and North East Somerset the chance to be the next sustainable fashion designer, Southgate's generous sponsorship ensures Fashion & Fairytale's competition is accessible to all and saves schools and colleges vital funds.
Jennifer Bull Marketing Manager for SouthGate Bath says:
"Participation and support of this project is an obvious choice for us as it stands for so many things that we value here at SouthGate, including community engagement, promoting of creativity and design and of course our links to fashion. We also fully embrace any project that is accessible to all, leading to fantastic opportunities for young people in Bath."
Southgate, Bath are also hosting the first Fashion and Fairytale workshops at their Student Night on the 3rd October. VV Rouleaux and The Makery will be holding their sustainable fashion skills workshops at the Debenhams end of Southgate from 6:30 - 7:30pm. For more information and how to book click here.
Southgate, Bath also hosts the Fashion & Fairytale Competition hub at My Small World Toy Shop where individuals can collect their own entry sheets and be inspired by their Fashion & Fairytale window display. With a nod to Cinderella, it's going to be the epitomy of fairytale cute!
With over 58 high street shops, popular restaurants, bars and cafes. Car parking, regular opening times and late night shopping, Southgate's partnership demonstrates that community is the heart of everything they do.
Southgate's sponsorship of Fashion & Fairytale's competition is invaluable; what better way to show their commitment to supporting the local area than by removing the barriers to access for all.
